What brought me to coaching? From my earliest memories, looking forward has shaped my perspective. Eyes and thoughts on the next milestone, the horizon, the future. Other than my genuine affection for vintage music and media, I’m not one to dwell on the past — but I do try to learn from it! Our lived experiences can often provide the deepest insights.

My own experience as a working parent has also shaped my path. The exquisite tension of balancing career with family is very relatable. For example, I completed my MBA while also working full-time. By seeking support, I had the fortune of working with many fantastic coaches over the years. I have deep appreciation for the coaching skills of Bliss Aime, Karen Carlsen, Antonia Dodge, Linda Pino, Sarah Reilly, and Karen Walrond. Best of the best!

With nearly 5 years of coaching experience, I’m as committed as ever to lifelong learning. Overall, I have 15+ years of experience facilitating programs and partnerships in sustainability and continuing education with start-ups, universities, and non-profit organizations. My professional journey evolved alongside senior leaders: institute directors, entrepreneurs, C-suite execs, authors, — even a MacArthur genius. You’re in expert hands!
